Position: Floor Manager - Food

Location: Multan

Requirements: -Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably Masters.-5 to 8 years’ experience with at least 2 years in a similar role in retail operations of food categories (Fruits & Vegetables, Meat & Poultry, Bakery and Grocery Food & Non Food items)

Responsibilities:
-Plan, monitor, controls, and directs all selling activities to ensure attainment of established sales targets and profit margins within or lower than acceptable shrinkage level.
-Specialized Product Knowledge of Food related product line.
-Reviews and approves Ordering i.e. Daily, Weekly or through permanent Ordering to ensure availability of merchandise within the acceptable stocks and service levels.
-Coordinates with the buying team on negotiated promotional campaign that would require special merchandising displays.
