Assistant Restaurant Manager (Fine Dine Background)

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations to ensure smooth service.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve service and sales targets.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support staff training, scheduling, and performance management.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years’ experience in a supervisory/management role in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
