Floor Sales Supervisor

Description: We are looking for an experienced Floor Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team and enhance customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales performance and maintaining operational excellence on the sales floor.

Job Responsibilities:

-Supervise the floor sales team and ensure excellent customer service standards

-Monitor sales Operations and coordinate with staff on daily tasks.

-Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally

-Maintain floor displays, and inventory levels, and ensure proper product placement

Requirements:

-Intermediate/Graduate degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in reputed supermarket LMT

-Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams

-Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

-Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales techniques
