Floor Supervisor Required

We are looking for a Floor Supervisor with hands-on experience in supervising machine operations and floor activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of industrial machinery, good leadership skills, and the ability to manage production floor tasks effectively.

• Location: Nazimabad S.I.T.E Area - Karachi
• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: 50k - 60k

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a supervisory role on a production/manufacturing floor
• Good understanding of machinery and floor operations
• Knowledge of measuring tools, especially vernier caliper
• Ability to lead a team and manage workflow efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day floor operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate with technicians when needed
• Ensure quality control by checking measurements and tolerances using tools like vernier calipers
• Assign tasks to workers and monitor their performance
• Maintain discipline and safety standards on the floor
• Report daily production activities to management
