1. Floor Operations & Guest Service
- Supervise dining floor operations and ensure smooth service during all shifts.
- Greet and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any complaints promptly.
- Monitor table turnover, reservations, and seating arrangements.
2. Staff Supervision & Coordination
- Assign duties to waiters, hostesses, runners, and bar staff as per service needs.
- Conduct daily briefings regarding menu updates, promotions, or special events.
- Train and mentor service staff to maintain high hospitality standards.
3. Quality & Hygiene Standards
- Ensure adherence to service protocols, grooming standards, and hygiene policies.
- Conduct regular floor inspections to maintain cleanliness and presentation.
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and HACCP regulations.
