Role Purpose

The Service Supervisor – Home Appliances / Home Electronics is responsible for overseeing after-sales service operations, ensuring efficient handling of repairs, installations, and customer service requests. The role involves managing a team of service technicians, coordinating with suppliers or service centers, and maintaining high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

General

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of service technicians and support staff.
• Oversee repair, installation, and maintenance services for home appliances and electronics.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests.
• Monitor service performance, turnaround times, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for warranty claims and spare parts management.
• Maintain accurate records of service jobs, parts usage, and customer feedback.
• Train and support service staff to enhance technical skills and customer handling.
• Prepare periodic service performance reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and service protocols.

BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

General

· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or related field.

· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in service supervision or technical support, preferably in home appliances or consumer electronics.

· Strong technical knowledge of major appliance and electronics brands.

· Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Customer-oriented mindset with attention to quality and efficiency.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

· Workshop / Field-based with regular customer interaction.

· May require occasional travel for installations or site visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD500.000 - BD800.000 per month
