Role Purpose

The Supervisor – Home Appliances / Home Electronics is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department, ensuring smooth sales performance, effective team management, and excellent customer experience. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, maintaining product displays, monitoring stock levels, and driving sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

General

• Supervise daily retail operations within the Home Appliances / Home Electronics division.
• Lead, train, and motivate sales staff to achieve individual and team targets.
• Ensure product displays, promotions, and merchandising standards are maintained.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
• Handle escalated customer service issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports and track performance against KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and operational standards.
• Support management in planning and implementing sales strategies and campaigns.

BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

General

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail supervision or sales, preferably in home appliances or electronics.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

· Knowledge of retail operations, product display, and inventory management.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

· Retail showroom or store setting.

· Requires flexibility to work weekends and extended hours during promotions or peak periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD500.000 - BD800.000 per month
