Job Title: Flooring Expert & Site Team Leader

Location: Abu Dhabi – FH FITNESS Equipment & Flooring

Core Responsibilities

• Lead a flooring installation crew and ensure high-quality execution on every project.
• Install, repair, and finish flooring systems across commercial & residential sites.
• Handle complete flooring scope: cutting, leveling, adhesives, installation & finishing.
• Skilled in installation of: SPC Flooring
• Self-leveling, LVT Flooring, Vinyl Sheets & Tiles Rubber Gym Flooring & Rolls Parquet / Laminate / Engineered Wood Carpet Tiles & Broadloom Carpet Microcement & Epoxy (added advantage)
• Prepare subfloors: leveling, grinding, moisture control & priming.
• Ensure accurate alignment, clean transitions, and premium finishing standards.
• Read drawings, BOQs, site plans, and execute with minimal supervision.
• Train junior installers, manage workflow, and oversee daily productivity.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and ensure safe working conditions.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and project managers for smooth execution.
• Responsible for managing food and accommodation needs when required.Required Skills & Competencies
• Must be experienced and confident in all flooring systems listed above.
• Able to troubleshoot and fix flooring issues quickly and professionally.
• Strong finishing quality, time management, and problem-solving mindset.
• Fit for physical work, material handling, and site execution.
• Knows safety rules and site discipline.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on flooring experience.
• Experience leading teams or supervising installers is preferred.
• Work portfolio or past project references give strong advantage.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 4,000 / month

Working Hours

8:00 AM – 6:30 PM (break included)
Weekly off + Overtime as per company policy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
