Flooring Installer (with Driver’s License)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Flooring Installer who can handle flooring installation and transportation duties. You’ll be responsible for transporting the team to site, ensuring proper installation, and maintaining a professional attitude with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install SPC, LVT, laminate, and engineered wood flooring according to company standards.
• Prepare subfloors (cleaning, leveling, underlay application).
• Deliver materials and tools safely to job sites.
• Assist in on-site measurements and material handling.
• Ensure work areas are clean and tidy after completion.
• Follow all company safety guidelines and site protocols.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, site managers, and clients.
• Report daily progress and any site issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE Driver’s License (Manual preferred).
• Proven experience in flooring installation (SPC, LVT, laminate, or wood).
• Basic knowledge of flooring tools and materials.
• Physically fit and able to handle lifting and site work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Preferred:

• Experience driving company vans or light trucks.
• Multi-skilled (able to assist with skirting, transition profiles, etc.).
• Knowledge of safety and installation best practices.
