Flooring Sales Specialist

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are hiring for a client seeking a motivated and experienced Flooring Sales Specialist. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sports, rubber, or commercial flooring sales, with a proven track record in B2B sales and strong client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and key decision-makers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Provide technical advice and product recommendations tailored to client needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years experience in flooring, building materials, or related industries.
  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in sports or rubber flooring.
  • Strong network in the construction or sports facilities sector in Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
