YOUR DUTIES

As a Gibby Floral designer and team member, you would be responsible for assisting with designing floral arrangements, answering our phone, interact with our customers, take orders, and operate our Point of Sale system.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous floral design experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Customer service experience is a must though. You must be reliable, punctual, and able to adhere to our company culture, standards, and policies.

You must have an impeccable driving record and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test. You will be required to go on deliveries occasionally.

SCHEDULE

This is a full time position with mandatory rotating Saturdays. The nature of our business means that the workload may vary from day to day, with some days being busier than others.

COMPENSATION

Wages start at $13-15/hr depending on experience. Raise review after the first 90 days.
