• Maintain the freshness and quality of all floral products through proper handling, watering, and storage techniques.

Qualifications

• Proven experience or strong interest in floral design, related fields such as

• Basic knowledge of retail operations including cashiering, retail math, stock

• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory efficiently and maintain a tidy work environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting flowers or supplies.
• Passion for customer service with a friendly attitude that fosters positive interactions.
• Knowledge of floral care techniques including watering, conditioning flowers, and arranging fresh blooms creatively is highly desirable.
