Position Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for creating beautiful arrangements that exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create floral arrangements for daily orders, and special occasions
• Provide expert recommendations to customers on flower choices, styles, and care
• Process fresh flowers — including conditioning, organizing, and maintaining quality
• Assist with shop displays and merchandising
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
• Occasionally assist with deliveries or event set-ups as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of floral design experience (retail or event-based preferred)
• Strong knowledge of flower varieties, design techniques, and color theory
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during holidays and event seasons
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Floral design certification a plus (but not required)

Schedule & Pay:

• Full-time or part-time available
• Competitive hourly wage based on experience
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays during busy periods
