Responsibilities

• Create custom floral arrangements for events, holidays, and everyday occasions, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and artistic expression
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering product recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and uphold visual merchandising standards
• Stay informed about current floral trends, horticulture practices, and seasonal products to enhance offerings

Requirements

• Proven experience or strong interest in floral design.
• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for arranging flowers and managing inventory
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining a high level of customer service
• Flexibility to work during store hours with a positive attitude toward teamwork and customer engagement

Pay: $18.00 - $22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 per week

Work Location: In person
