Job Description

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, excellent customer service skills, and experience working with fresh flowers. You will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements, maintaining shop displays, assisting customers, and ensuring the freshness and quality of inventory.

Responsibilities

• Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions (e.g., weddings, funerals, holidays, events, everyday bouquets)
• Provide exceptional customer service in-store, over the phone, and online
• Assist customers in selecting floral products and customizing orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and floral cooler
• Process flowers (cutting, watering, conditioning) to ensure freshness
• Track inventory and assist with ordering supplies and flowers as needed
• Deliver arrangements locally (if applicable)
• Stay up to date on floral trends, techniques, and seasonal designs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
