Florist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and passionate Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Florist will be responsible for creating floral arrangements, assisting customers, and managing inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

Floral Design:

• Create and design custom floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, events, and everyday orders.
• Maintain knowledge of floral trends and techniques to deliver innovative designs.

Customer Service:

• Provide exceptional service by assisting customers with their floral needs, offering product recommendations, and answering any inquiries.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Inventory Management:

• Manage inventory levels of flowers and supplies, ensuring fresh stock is available.
• Perform regular checks on the quality of floral products and maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient operation and a cohesive work environment.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss goals, sales strategies, and upcoming events.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in floral design is a plus.
• Previous experience as a Florist or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong creativity and attention to detail in floral design.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Basic knowledge of plants, flowers, and gardening techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
