Florist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Master Florist to join our team. The florist shalol be responsible for designing and arranging floral creati na that meet our brand and give attention to all details, and shall have a passion for creating elegant arrangements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in floral design and event arrangements.

• Expert in luxury bouquets, flower boxes, weddings & events.

• Able to manage shop operations, train staff, and ensure high-quality standards.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• create high quality of flower arrangements for daily floral operations, events and corporate clients.

• create high-quality floral arrangements (bouquets, centerpieces, boxes, gift sets) following brand guidelines.

• manage daily inventory of flowers, tools, and supplies; report shortages

• Assist customers with selections and provide professional advice

• receive and unpack flower shipments, ensure proper storage and temperature.

• Train and guide junior staff.

• Maintain beautiful shop displays and customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD250.000 - BD300.000 per month
