Florist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Florist to lead floral production, ensure premium design standards, and oversee daily flower operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong artistic ability with operational discipline, inventory control, and team supervision skills.

This role requires someone who can independently manage high-end custom orders, control flower quality and wastage, and maintain consistent brand standards during both regular days and peak seasons.

Key Responsibilities

Floral Design & Production

• Create premium bouquets and custom arrangements
• Handle VIP, event, and peak season orders
• Maintain consistent wrapping and finishing standards
• Develop seasonal and signature designs

Inventory & Quality Control

• Inspect flower deliveries and ensure freshness
• Properly hydrate, store, and rotate stock
• Control wastage and support reordering decisions

Team Supervision

• Supervise and guide junior florists
• Assign daily tasks and maintain workflow
• Ensure cleanliness and brand standards

Operational Support

• Calculate bouquet costing based on stem usage
• Support pricing and event setup when required

Requirements

• 3–5+ years florist experience (UAE preferred)
• Strong knowledge of flower care and arrangement techniques
• Experience handling custom and event orders
• Leadership and team supervision experience
• Ability to work under pressure during peak seasons
• English required; Arabic is a plus
