Flower Shop Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily shop operations (sales, stock, staff scheduling).

• Manage flower arrangements, bouquets, and displays.

• Handle customer inquiries and ensure excellent service.

• Maintain inventory and coordinate with suppliers.

• Train and supervise shop assistants.

• Manage sales, cash handling, and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Flower Shop Manager: 3 years (Preferred)
