About Us:

Kambhala Heal is a holistic wellness space focused on healing, mindfulness, and personal growth through music and therapeutic practices. We are looking for a skilled and passionate flute instructor to provide personalized, one-on-one sessions aligned with our healing-centered approach.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one flute instruction sessions for students of varying skill levels
• Customize lessons based on individual learning goals and healing needs
• Teach proper breathing techniques, posture, finger placement, and musical expression
• Integrate mindfulness, relaxation, or sound-healing elements into sessions (if applicable)
• Maintain a supportive, calm, and professional teaching environment
• Schedule sessions flexibly in coordination with students and Kambhala Heal
• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback

Requirements:

• Proven experience teaching flute (Bansuri / Western / other – specify if required)
• Strong understanding of musical fundamentals and technique
• Ability to teach beginners as well as intermediate learners
• Experience or interest in music therapy, sound healing, or holistic wellness is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in sound healing, meditation, or wellness practices
• Prior freelance or private teaching experience
• Certification or formal training in music (optional but preferred)

Compensation:

• Competitive per-session or hourly rate (to be discussed)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
