Hiring: Flutter Developer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain cross-platform Flutter applications.
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, high-quality code.
• Collaborate with backend, design, and QA teams for smooth feature delivery.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Identify and fix bugs; support testing and optimization efforts.
• Ensure app performance, scalability, and cross-platform compatibility.
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter and Dart best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Flutter and Dart.
• Proficient in Flutter architecture, widgets, layouts, and navigation.
• Experience with state management (Provider; Bloc, Riverpod, or GetX is a plus).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and JSON integration.
• Familiarity with Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Push Notifications).
• Skilled in responsive UI design and managing the mobile app lifecycle.
• Proficient with CI/CD pipelines and app deployment on the Play Store and App Store.
• Experience with native code integration in Flutter (platform channels for Android/iOS).
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and offline storage solutions (Hive, SQLite).
• Familiarity with versioning, release cycles, and crash analytics tools.
• Ability to optimize app performance and troubleshoot production issues.
