Facilitx Facility Management & Maintenance is seeking an organized and proactive FM Coordinator to support facility management operations in Qatar.

_ Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily FM operations between sites, engineers, and technicians
  • Track PPM schedules, work orders, and service requests
  • Prepare reports, logs, and documentation
  • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments
  • Support engineers in inspections, audits, and site follow-ups
  • Maintain records, approvals, and correspondence

_ Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in FM coordination or administration
  • Good knowledge of FM operations and reporting
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, email communication)
  • Strong coordination and communication skills

_ Eligibility: Candidates must be currently residing in Qatar
