PM Coordinator

* Facilitating maintenance activities for real estate buildings

* Communicating building regulations and policies and ensuring compliance

* Handling enquiries as well as complaint and other issues related to properties

* Arrange to send by email all utility (KM and Cooling and Gas) invoices to tenants and owners (vacant units) on monthly bases.

* Contact Facility Management for the monthly invoices.

* Check the electricity monthly invoice payments from tenants.

* Escalate settled and unsettled invoice report to management on monthly/weekly bases.

* Ensure official notification of results to concerned departments.

* Answer and route phone calls from tenants and vendors to the appropriate contact within Property Management.

* Execute and promote accurate billing of tenant work orders for billable services

* Assisting with the management of daily operational activities.

* Performing & review the administrative tasks to complete the agreement and connected documents of the agreements.

* Assure the quality of the occupancy report
