FM Engineer

FM Engineer – Dubai
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and self-driven FM Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with major Facilities Management (FM) companies in the UAE and possess strong technical and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day FM operations across multiple sites.
• Supervise maintenance teams and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities (MEP, civil, HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor asset performance and ensure compliance with company and client standards.
• Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and documentation.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergencies.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in Facilities Management, preferably with major FM companies in the UAE.
• UAE Driving License is a must.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems (MEP, HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
