FM Engineer (Community Management experience)

We are seeking a proactive and experienced FM Engineer to oversee facilities operations, maintenance activities, and community management services across our managed properties. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in both facilities management and residential/community operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day facilities management operations, including MEP and civil maintenance works.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance standards.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs and monitor service provider performance.
• Coordinate with residents, tenants, and stakeholders to address community-related concerns and service requests.
• Ensure smooth community operations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Prepare maintenance reports, asset records, and operational documentation.
• Assist in budgeting, planning, and implementation of maintenance strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health & safety requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3-4 years of UAE experience in Facilities Management and Community Management.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, civil maintenance, and property operations.
• Experience managing residential communities, owners' associations, or mixed-use developments is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• UAE Driving License and own vehicle preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Community management: 4 years (Preferred)
