Community Manager

We’re Hiring: Junior Social Community Manager (Arabic – Emirati Local)
Location: Remote (UAE National – Local Lady only)
Type: Full-time
Salary: AED 5,000/month

Our client in the marketing industry is looking for a dedicated Community Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate is a UAE National female who understands the digital landscape and cultural nuances of online communication in the UAE.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage audience engagement by responding to comments, queries, and complaints across various social media platforms
• Maintain a professional and culturally appropriate tone in all interactions
• Use tools like Meta Business Suite and Sprinklr to monitor, manage, and report community activity
• Track audience trends, flag emerging issues, and support content rollout with the digital team

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor brand social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-aligned manner.
• Proactively engage with followers and online communities to foster connections.
• Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure posts resonate with community insights.
• Support reporting, analytics, and trendspotting to optimize community engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

• UAE National (Female).
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field (preferred, but not mandatory).
• At least 1 year of experience in social media, community management, or digital marketing (internships included).
• Strong communication skills (Arabic + English preferred).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic understanding of analytics tools.
• Creative, proactive, and highly responsive.
