FM Planner

Dussmann Ajlan & Bros is pleased to announce a job opening for the position of FM Planner, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

We are looking for qualified candidates who meet the following criteria:

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

• Certification in Facilities Management (e.g., IFMA, BIFM) is a plus

• 3–5 years of experience in Facilities Management or a similar role

• Strong experience in project mobilization and strategic planning

• Proven ability to develop plans such as Master Plans, Risk Management Plans, and Logistics Plans

• Experience in vendor and contractor management

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in FM software, project management tools, and MS Office

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic facility management plans

• Lead project mobilization across multiple facilities

• Prepare preventive and corrective maintenance schedules

• Manage vendors, contractors, and service level agreements

• Support budgeting and cost-control activities

• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards

• Maintain asset records and oversee lifecycle management

• Prepare reports and documentation for management
