Job Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of pet products within the assigned territory
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and pet shops
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper placement at retail outlets
  • Execute in-store promotions and support product launches
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management

Requirements

  • Proven experience in field sales (experience in pet products or consumer goods is an advantage)
  • Strong understanding of distributor and retail sales channels
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Good time management and territory planning skills
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
