Compensation & Schedule

• Starting Hourly Rate: $13.50 per hour plus tips.
• Guaranteed Minimum Wage: We guarantee that your combined hourly rate and tips will be no less than $19.50 per hour. We believe in providing a stable, competitive income for our valued team members.
• Shift Times:
• Day Shift: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 10:30 PM (11:30pm out time on Fridays / Saturdays)
• We are happy to work with students / limited availability

Key Responsibilities & Duties

As a dual-role Counter Service Associate and Bartender, your duties will include:

• Customer Service: Greeting guests warmly, taking food and beverage orders accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, and ensuring a positive, engaging customer experience.
• Sales: All FOH applicants must be willing to upsell, helping the customer try new items / specials.
• Bar Service: Serving alcohol, preparing and mixing a selection of our classic and house specialty cocktails.
• Cash Handling: Accurately counting and managing cash, processing credit card transactions, and balancing tills at the end of a shift.
• Cleaning: Performing regular and deep cleaning duties to maintain a pristine dining area and bar. This includes wiping down surfaces, keeping all equipment spotless, and necessary janitorial tasks such as cleaning bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Teamwork: Demonstrating a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to supporting all areas of the restaurant operation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Reliability: Must be punctual and possess a strong sense of personal ownership over your assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• On your feet: Must be able to remain on your feet for the duration of the shift (excluding breaks).
• Physical Strength: Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds (e.g., cases of product, buckets of ice).
• Communication: Must be able to read and write in English for effective communication, customer service and order accuracy.
• Mathematical Skills: Must be capable of counting and accurately managing money.
• TIPS/Alcohol Certification: Required within 90 days of hire.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.50 - $26.00 per hour
