The BEST BREAKFAST/BRUNCH restaurant in Maryland is hiring for Daytime-Only shifts with immediate positions available. Are you tired of working late into the night? We are looking for an Experienced Front of House Restaurant Manager who is a self-starter and is ready to hit the ground running.

The Front of House Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the restaurant. They are responsible for supervising front of house staff and for reporting to the General Manager.

Job Duties:

  • Manage a team of front of house staff including scheduling, training, and general supervision
  • Involved in the interviewing and selection of front of the house staff
  • Responsible for leading front of house restaurant operations
  • Ensures the highest quality product reaches our guest and meets specifications
  • Ensures that all productivity and quality standards are maintained
  • Ensures a high standard of service efficiency, sanitation and training
  • Provides leadership that demonstrates skill and awareness to support guest satisfaction.
  • Ensures appropriate safety and security in the restaurant
  • Assists in preparation of financial records in relation to daily center operation
  • Ensures customers receive prompt, efficient, courteous service.
  • Provides work direction to other employees on required tasks
  • Performs regular 'table touches' to solicit feedback and communicate appropriate information
  • Builds relationships with guests for the purpose of ensuring excellent guest service and prompt resolution of service issues
  • Handles complaints of employees and disciplines employees
  • Responsible for providing feedback on front of house staffs evaluations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Specifications:

  • 3+ years restaurant management experience, bachelor's degree preferred
  • Restaurant training experience preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Organized and capable of multi-tasking with attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using POS systems, preferred Micros
  • ServSafe certificate preferred
  • High standards of personal hygiene and personal appearance

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
