Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front of house, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and supervise front-of-house staff, including waitstaff, hosts, and bartenders.
- Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and payroll to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to enhance guest experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in managing supplies and stock levels.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures for front-of-house operations.
- Prepare reports on staff performance, customer feedback, and operational issues for management review.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology for reservations and scheduling.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: KD250.000 - KD300.000 per month
