FOH SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the front of house, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise front-of-house staff, including waitstaff, hosts, and bartenders.
  • Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and payroll to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to enhance guest experience.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in managing supplies and stock levels.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures for front-of-house operations.
  • Prepare reports on staff performance, customer feedback, and operational issues for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technology for reservations and scheduling.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD250.000 - KD300.000 per month
