EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of
education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write
simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group
situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common
fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar
graphs.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral
instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
REQUIRED PERSONAL COMPETENCIES:
Responsible for fostering a fun environment. Responsible for being gracious to all guests and coworkers.
Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in companysponsored
events. Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes and demonstrates superior customer

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a non-gaming license from the Indiana Gaming Commission.

ACCESS TO GAMING FACILITY:
Will require access to back of house areas, including restrooms and break room. May require periodic
access through the gaming facility. Individuals, 18-20 years of age, maybe employed in a non-gaming
role with the licensing waiver so they are able to access the casino floor to fulfill their job duties and will
not perform any function involving gambling by the partrons.
