Role Summary
IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a passionate Food and Beverage Server to join the All-Day Dining Outlet Sirocco at Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Festival City. In this role, you will deliver high-quality service, ensuring guests enjoy memorable dining experiences. From greeting guests warmly to handling orders and promoting menu specials, you will play an important role in enhancing guest satisfaction in one of Dubai s most vibrant hospitality destinations.

What You ll Do
 
* Greet and seat guests, providing a welcoming and attentive dining experience
* Set up tables, polish glassware, flatware, and prepare stations for service
* Take food and beverage orders accurately and process them promptly
* Explain daily specials, upsell menu items, and promote cocktails and beverages
* Serve meals and beverages to brand standards while ensuring guest comfort
* Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and cocktails in line with service guidelines
* Handle guest payments and process transactions efficiently
* Maintain cleanliness in service areas, reset tables, and ensure the outlet remains organized
* Address guest concerns or complaints calmly and take corrective action
* Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless food and beverage service
 
Ideal Profile
 
* Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not required
* Strong communication skills with a warm and inviting personality
* Team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Flexible to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
* Positive attitude with a passion for food, beverages, and customer service
* Basic organizational and operational skills in restaurant service
