Food and Beverage Supervisor

The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant and beverage operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of food and beverage management, excellent leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all food and beverage operations to ensure efficient and smooth service.
• Maintain high-quality standards in food presentation, beverages, and overall guest experience.
• Ensure staff follow service protocols, grooming standards, and hygiene practices.
• Manage inventory control, ordering, and cost management for both food and beverage items.
• Train, motivate, and guide service and bar staff to achieve performance targets.
• Oversee bar operations, ensuring product consistency and beverage quality.
• Support menu and beverage innovation in coordination with the chef and bar team.
• Handle guest feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Ensure strict compliance with HACCP, health, and safety regulations.
• Supervise opening and closing duties, ensuring readiness for daily operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the F&B or hospitality industry, preferably in a standalone restaurant or hotel.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Supervisor or in a leadership role.
• Excellent knowledge of cocktails, coffee, and beverages.
• HACCP certification is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Locally available in Qatar with a valid QID and ready to join immediately (preferred).
