The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the Lebanese restaurant and hospitality services to ensure smooth workflow, excellent guest experience, and high-quality food and service. The role focuses on maintaining authentic Lebanese dining standards, optimizing operational efficiency, managing teams, and achieving financial and performance targets.
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations across all restaurant and hospitality areas.
- Ensure consistent delivery of authentic Lebanese cuisine and exceptional guest service.
- Develop and implement operational policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality control systems.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards to reflect Lebanese tradition and hospitality.
- Manage staff scheduling, performance, and training to ensure a motivated and efficient team.
- Oversee inventory control, food and labor costs, and ensure budgetary targets are met.
- Analyze sales reports and operational data to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and culinary team to plan menus, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Prepare operational and financial performance reports for management review.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and evaluation of restaurant and service staff.
