We are looking to hire a customer-oriented restaurant supervisor to ensure that all restaurant operations run smoothly.
The restaurant supervisor's is reporting directly to F&B manager. Responsibilities include overseeing the activities of restaurant staff, expediting customers' orders as needed, and maintaining good working relationships with F&B employees:
1. Responsible for taking attendance of the restaurant staff. Ensuring that they clock – in on time and they are assigned to the areas that they will be working during their shift.
2. Complete a walk-through of the restaurant prior to the start of their shift.
3. Responsible for receiving, verifying, and signing for all Invoices. It is the supervisor’s responsibility to review the order and verify the items to the invoice provided to them from the deliver.
4. Responsible for making sure the restaurant’s open ON TIME.
5. The supervisor is to verify that ALL Staff members are in full uniform.
6. The supervisor always act as a Host. Welcoming and greeting the guest at all times. Engaging with the guest and ensuring that they get quality service.
7. In charge of being the dispatch of the kitchen. Leading the kitchen to make sure that all times food items remain full and replenished at ALL times.
8. Taking a daily inventory of Food and beverage items based upon their sections.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
