This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food & Beverage Manager at Heritage Bay Golf & Country Club, located in Naples, FL. The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the food and beverage department, managing staff, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction, planning and executing events, and maintaining inventory and budget control. Duties also include developing and implementing policies and procedures, as well as coordinating with the culinary team to offer exceptional dining experiences.

• Experience in food and beverage management, inventory control, and budget management
• Strong leadership, team management, and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to plan, execute, and oversee events
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Previous experience in a club or hospitality setting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field is preferred
