About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Operations Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our hotel’s food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences while driving operational excellence and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets including restaurants, room service, and banqueting.
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through excellent service, quality, and presentation.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures, service standards, and quality control measures.
- Lead, train, and motivate F&B teams to maintain a high-performance culture.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to plan menus, control food costs, and maintain quality.
- Monitor inventory levels, purchasing, and cost control to achieve budgeted targets.
- Analyze sales, expenses, and profitability reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth event operations and guest experiences.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Municipality health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Manage guest feedback, resolve complaints promptly, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Participate in the development of marketing and promotional strategies for F&B outlets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a hotel or hospitality group.
- Proven experience in multi-outlet operations management.
- Strong knowledge of F&B financials, budgeting, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and make sound operational decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems (Micros or equivalent).
- Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
