A renowned luxury hotel in Qatar is seeking a proactive and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations and maintain exceptional service standards. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality protocols while fostering a motivated, high-performing team environment. This role demands strong leadership, effective communication, and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences in line with luxury brand expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure an elevated guest experience through courteous, prompt, and professional service delivery.
  • Uphold a clean, safe, and compliant working environment in line with hotel and regulatory standards.
  • Lead and motivate the F&B team, encouraging teamwork, accountability, and continuous skill development.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient service flow.
  • Manage inventory, procurement, and stock control to reduce wastage and improve cost efficiency.
  • Enforce compliance with brand standards, hygiene procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Support in planning and executing events, themed promotions, and seasonal dining experiences.
  • Track key performance indicators including labor efficiency, sales objectives, and cost control.
  • Prepare accurate reports and assist management with operational planning.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of F&B or restaurant experience within a five-star or luxury hotel setting, including at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Demonstrated leadership with the ability to guide, develop, and inspire teams.
  • Strong guest service orientation and excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining top-quality standards.
  • Skilled in multitasking and time management under pressure.
  • Thorough knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Experience in cost management, scheduling, and inventory systems.
  • Positive, solution-driven approach to daily challenges.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic or Russian is an asset.
