Overview:
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will support the Director of Food & Beverage in overseeing daily operations across restaurant outlets and special events. Your role ensures high-quality service, team performance, and compliance with safety and service standards. You will be a visible leader on the floor, maintaining a guest-focused environment and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Food & Beverage Supervisor responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Train and empower team members to deliver outstanding service

Fill various positions within the Food & Beverage department as needed (FOH and BOH)
Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary environment that exceeds local inspection standards
Provide on-floor supervision during meal periods to ensure consistent service quality
Recognize and reward team member performance

Assist the Director of Food & Beverage in managing meetings and special events

Assist with inventory and ordering
Ensure staff adherence to company policies and procedures
Address and resolve guest concerns in a timely manner
Perform daily cash drops and complete end-of-day financial reports
Monitor and enforce proper cash handling procedures
Track team schedules and performance, reporting concerns as needed
Oversee service standards to ensure exceptional dining experiences
Ensure compliance with all SLED laws
Manage opening and closing procedures to company standards
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
What are we looking for?

Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality business, team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the resort, including weekends and holidays
Proven experience in a supervisory/leadership role

Bartending experience

Kitchen/culinary experience
Proficiency in restaurant POS systems and general computer applications
Passion for providing exceptional service to guests and team members
Responsibility, reliability, and honesty
Teamwork and collaboration
Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, coworkers and supervisors
