Food & Beverage Supervisor - voco Cairo Arabella Plaza

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor who will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day F&B operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and supporting the seamless delivery of exceptional dining experiences in line with IHG standards.

A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be:

• Supervising and coordinating the daily operations of restaurants and bars.
• Ensuring smooth service delivery and maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
• Leading, motivating, and developing the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Monitoring guest satisfaction, handling complaints professionally, and ensuring prompt follow-up.
• Supporting F&B leadership in training, scheduling, and evaluating team members.
• Promoting upselling, loyalty program enrollments, and in-house offerings to maximize revenue.
• Assisting in inventory management, cost control, and adherence to financial targets.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards across all F&B outlets.
• Collaborating with other departments to support events, special functions, and VIP service.

What we need from you:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in Food & Beverage operations within a 4/5-star hotel.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• A passion for delivering memorable guest experiences and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Must speak good English; additional languages are a plus.
