Food Delivery Driver

We are seeking dedicated, professional, and experienced Delivery Drivers to join our team immediately. This role involves the timely and safe delivery of packages across assigned routes in the Dubai. As a delivery driver, you will be expected to maintain high levels of customer service, ensure proper handling of goods, and complete deliveries efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company-provided delivery vehicles to deliver packages to customers
• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules using GPS/mobile apps
• Ensure accurate, secure, and timely delivery of all assigned packages
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries (professional communication, polite behavior)
• Maintain delivery records, collect proof of delivery (signatures or photos), and report completion via mobile app
• Perform basic vehicle checks and report any issues immediately
• Comply with all traffic laws, delivery guidelines, and safety protocols
• Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the vehicle
• Handle urgent or time-sensitive deliveries with a sense of responsibility

Job Requirements:

• Must have a valid UAE driving license (Manual or Automatic)
• Must be on a Freelance visa / Own visa / Partner visa
• Immediate availability for same-day joining
• Familiarity with UAE roads, routes, and traffic laws
• Ability to use smartphone apps for navigation and delivery updates
• Good communication skills (basic English or Arabic)
• Physically fit and capable of handling packages
• Strong work ethic, time management skills, and customer-focused attitude
