Main Responsibilities

  • Supervise the portioning and dispatch teams during portioning, shopping, and bagging activities.
  • Ensure teams and team leaders adhere to the company s guidelines, standards, and procedures.
  • Verify that all portioning teams follow specifications and guidelines accurately.
  • Ensure sufficient stock levels are available for the day s operations.
  • Confirm that all components meet quality standards and are fit for use.
  • Match measuring cups with the required quantities by scaling each component prior to meal portioning.
  • Ensure all meals comply with proper procedures (stickers in place, lids securely closed, containers clean and in good condition, etc.).
  • Process and monitor all printables needed for the day (stickers, meal labels, invoices, trackers, etc.).
  • Prepare shift-specific amendments lists (meal changes, cancellations, special requests, etc.).
  • Ensure employees consistently follow hygiene standards and policies.
  • Maintain cleanliness across all sections.
  • Ensure work processes comply with company standards and procedures.
  • Confirm that all meals required for delivery shifts are prepared and organized according to each driver s orders.
  • Oversee and track meals assigned to drivers, recording delivery times and temperatures.
  • Monitor and log chiller temperatures.
  • Update checklists and trackers as assigned by management.
