Food Mixing Operator

Job Responsibilities

• Operate mayonnaise production line and mixing machines
• Handle raw material batching, mixing, and blending processes
• Monitor production parameters such as temperature, mixing time, and consistency
• Ensure product quality checks including taste, texture, color, and smell
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and GMP standards
• Perform daily cleaning and basic maintenance of machines
• Maintain production records, batch sheets, and shift logs
• Coordinate with production supervisors and team members

Requirements

• 2–3 years hands-on experience in FMCG, food, or spice production
• Practical knowledge of operating mixing or production machines
• Understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Responsible, disciplined, and a team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
