Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days/week)
Salary: Market Competitive (PKR 40,000 – 50,000)

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Food Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team. Candidates with relevant technical training, diploma, or proven experience in food safety and QA/QC will be preferred. The role focuses on ensuring food safety, maintaining quality standards, and compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, GMP)
• Conduct quality inspections during production and packaging
• Maintain detailed QA records, reports, and documentation
• Check raw materials, ingredients, and finished products for quality compliance
• Identify and report deviations, defects, or safety issues
• Implement corrective actions and follow-up procedures
• Train staff on hygiene, SOPs, and quality control measures
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in production areas

Requirements

• Relevant technical training, diploma, or equivalent experience in Food Technology, Food Sciences, or a related field
• Experience in QA/QC in the food industry
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Strong observation and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
