Food Safety Manager / Lead

Qualification & Requirements:

Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent required with Food Safety Level 4 Certificate.

Experience: 10+ years of Catering, Hotel, and Airport Restaurant chain experience in the Food Service industry.

Certification:

  • HACCP Level-3, ISO 22000 Internal Auditor, NEBOSH IGC.
  • Basic Nutrition, Food Allergy & Intolerance training.
  • Certificate of Training in OSHA 30-Hour

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards (e.g., SFDA, HACCP, ISO 22000).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Accurate reporting skills in a clear, understood, and logical sequence.
  • Constantly look for methods of improving the work ethic and ethos.
  • Can adapt to rapid changes in a positive manner and work to tight deadlines.

Duties & Responsibilities:

As a Food Safety Manager or Lead, role involves implementing and overseeing programs to ensure that food safety standards, including legislative and regulatory requirement, health & safety , and environmental standards. The role is to drive and coordinate the implementation of EHS & HACCP programs, working closely with relevant authorities, including internal and external, to achieve continuous improvement in the all projects food safety performance
