Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Qatar (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of Food Safety requirements, local regulations, and MOPH & Baladiya standards.
Well-versed in ISO standards: ISO 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001.
Experience in bakery production, dates processing, and premium cafés/restaurants (preferred).
Background in manufacturing and warehouse operations.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Microbiology, Food Technology, or a related field.
Certifications:
ISO 22000 Lead Auditor
HACCP Level 3 or above (Mandatory)
Additional Skills:
Valid driving license (Mandatory)
Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
Strong training and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure full compliance with food safety and quality standards across all operations.
Conduct internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
Implement corrective and preventive actions in line with ISO and regulatory requirements.
Provide training and coaching to staff on food safety practices.
Liaise with MOPH, Baladiya, and other authorities to maintain up-to-date compliance.
