Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a line cook or in a similar role
- Knowledge of food management, food handling, and food production techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Skills:
- Banquet experience: Experience in preparing food for large events or banquets
- Supervising: Ability to oversee kitchen operations and guide other kitchen staff
- Leadership: Ability to lead a team of cooks and ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Restaurant management: Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cost control, and customer service
- Catering: Experience in catering events and preparing food for off-site locations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $16.00 per hour
