Job Summary
High Pointe is a Private Golf Club in Williamsburg, Mi. We are looking for dedicated individuals looking to work in an upscale and fun environment, with chances to work tournaments and small catering opportunities on top of the day to day operations. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Lightspeed POS systems, ensuring efficient processing
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food handling and sanitation
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a pristine environment
• Support member and guest relations by responding promptly to inquiries or concerns, ensuring a positive experience at all times
• Working Directly with chefs to ensure proper training both on points of service and culinary education.

Experience

• Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred, especially in fine dining or golf club settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with memebers & guests professionally and courteously
• Experience in food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations is essential
• Ability to multitask effectively with excellent time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food industry standards related to serving, upselling, and guest relations is a plus
• Prior host/hostess experience or restaurant serving roles will be advantageous

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
