Food Service Supervisor

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an enthusiastic, experienced Full-Time Food Service Supervisor to our healthcare team in Jefferson Hills, PA. As a Food Service Supervisor with Elior North America, you will have the opportunity to ensure accurate, professional, and secure processing of orders and to address patients and their guests are satisfied.

What you'll be doing:

• Supervising the daily operation of the Front-of-house and Back-of-house.
• Scheduling, managing, and training dining room employees.
• Handling customer service interactions.
• Other duties assigned by leadership.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• Experience supervising multiple employees.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• At least one years’ experience in customer service.

Nice-to-haves:

• Previous hospitality management experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, telephone systems, printers, and fax machines.
• Associate’s degree or higher.

Compensation Range:

• $53,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
